The advertising is very convincing and I decided to purchase right away. Then the order process was difficult and I nearly gave up. The website was confusing... the transition of owner companies and business name changes made me fear this was a bait and switch. Then I feared I couldn't purchase online, that I would need to find a mall koisk (250 miles away). When I finally found an add to cart button I wasn't allowed to click on it.... for a couple hours, then suddenly it worked??? The product arrived in three days and was easy to apply. The touch/texture of the protector is fine, it doesn't feel rough at all. I haven't had the fusion phone protector long enough to know about scratch and shock resistance.
