Very bad experience at Lulu mall, Kochi ,Kerala , India.
The executive denied the warranty replacement of screen guard for s22 mobile phone citing bogus reasons.I am regular customer of mobile outfitters.I have replaced screen guard for samsung s8 , note 10 etc from Dubai and service was good.The only outlet in kochi, kerala is at Lulu mall and the executive Mr. Ramesh is clearly a fraud. Please don't keep such employees in your esteemed company as it will affect your reputation.Thank you
