The product is of excellent quality. I've recently found myself in the situation where all partners in my country went out of business and I needed a replacement screen protector. I've emailed their customer support and have had the best experience with them! They shipped my replacement protector overseas to me, handled customs, gave me an extra in case I mess up and provided overall great customer service.
