I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received at your store regarding the installation of a screen protector on my new iPhone. After paying 150 AED for the screen protector, I noticed visible bubbles and fingerprint marks immediately after it was applied. When I pointed this out, I was told that the marks and bubbles would disappear with time. However, it has been some time now, and they are still clearly visible, affecting the overall look and usability of my new phone. Considering the amount I paid, I expected a professional and flawless installation. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and instead of offering to replace or properly fix it, I was simply told to wait. This has left me very dissatisfied with both the product and the service. I kindly request a resolution to this matter, either by having the screen protector properly reapplied/replaced at no extra cost or by receiving a refund. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.
