Well to be honest it wasn't the product.. in fact my screen smashed when dropped from 2 feet, which I was told the clear skin would protect it and it didn't. In actual fact it was when I complained that I got fabulous service.. Janice snowden in customer care was amazing very helpful and did all she could to get my money back. She stayed in touch and went above and beyond.
