The customer service here is always great and speedy. Some are better at installing than others, the guy who works there is awesome. Cheap to purchase but am a bit disappointed that you have to pay 15$ each time you want to replace it. Mine started to peel and I thought by hearing "lifetime warranty" it would be replaced for free which it was not. Love the quality of this product and won't be using anything else for any future phones or devices!
