My first order after reading so many good reviews abt them. Excited to use their service but my order never arrived. Apparently USPS lost it. So after waiting patiently for it for abt a month, I write to customer care. Janice, my customer care rep, was super nice and helpful. Placed a new order for me immediately and on my request shipped it through fedex without charging a single penny. As I received my courier today, I am elated to try out how it works, but this review is for the super aweesome Customer Service. Three Cheers for their support. Will be back with another review this time with how the product worked.
