Case peeled of in less than a week so they tried upgrading from a original to matt case but to see if this would be better, and then charged me an the £10 for the upgrade. I had it replaced three times and they tood me that after 14 days I would have to pay to have it refitted. After having it refitted three times I decided it was no good and did not want to have to keep travelling to the stall to get it refitted all the time. I then asked for a full refund and they said that they could not give refunds at the stall. They gave an email address for the franchise holder in the uk but no response from them. I then went to the company website and contacted them from there. I got through to the us side and they transferred me to an agent in thr uk and thenyall they could give me was a free refit which after three refits was not what I wanted they also said their policy states they cannot give a refund. I then told them that uk law states that they have to give me a refund. After this I have not heard from then since and it has been over a month and a half. Would not recommend as not fitt for purpose and poor customer service.
