Hello, I had my iphone 6 covered back in January this year using a kiosk in Tunbridge Wells, Kent and paid £50 .
It has started peeling away so took it back with the receipt. He originally said it would be £7 to recover it using the lifetime guarantee and then said it would be £12 as anything over £50 is subject to paying £5 more.
I'm really not worried about paying an extra £5, its the principal.
Please can you tell me how much he should be charging me?
