Staff at the metro centre failed to read out terms and conditions at point of sale a lady with blue hair upon return of the screen peeling off and I was told it was 2 week free replacement after that £12 which I was never made aware of at point of sale I received my phone receipt and got a thanks bye. When I returned I was appalled at the tone of voice all staff look un interested and continued to use there phones just texting and slouching around I observed the staff from the upper floor and they were just messing about like children and glued to phones do not purchase this product no authority no management and shocking service I am not the type to continue and argue it is not the money that matters it’s the principle.
