I was sold a lie when I paid nearly £50 for a screen protector in Bluewater, as they had sold me on the 'replace it as many times as you like for free! With a lifetime guaratee',
I was told that it was an additional £20 or so when going to replace the screen protector in Lakeside. I want a refund for the fairly good product, that has no promise to deliver on anything that I was sold.
