I purchased a clear coat in Boxing Day and within a week it became discoloured and was coming off from the edges so I contacted them via email and they gave me a free warranty as a “gesture of goodwill”, so I travelled again, which is very far for me to replace it again. The same issue happened and it’s now been a week. I’ve been emailing customer services and they are trying to blame for me “for the way I use my phone”, I’ve never even experienced this issue with a cheap one. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times because £55 is a lot of money to pay for something that doesn’t work, but they are still insisting it’s my fault. I’m absolutely disgusted in their customer service and quite offended really. I won’t stop complaining until I get my refund but don’t fall for this scam!
