I paid for the cover on my phone at the Birmingham stall. By the time i had got to New Street station the cover had started to peel off. I walked back to the stall and waited another hour while they put another cover on. To be safe i left it in the envelope for several hours, when i took it out it had stated peeling off again. I called the stall in Birmingham and was advised to take it back. I work away from home and explained i would be away for a month and was told thats ok bring it back then, which i did. A few days after having it re covered it started peeling off the fromt and back again so i went on the website and filled in the form and emailed moutfitters. I was informed that as i had gone direct to the stall there was no evidence of the previous issues, i was given a reference number and an appointment to get the phone covered again. I travelled by train back to Birmingham and had the phone covered yet again. I explained the situation to the staff member who remembered me from my previous visits, i asked whether he could email moutfitters to confirm that this had happened a few times before but he stated that he was not allowed to do that. A few days later the cover on the front and back started peeling again. I emailed moutfitters and was told AGAIN Clear-Coat is a Custom-made item therefor in the event of us receiving a written complaint regarding an issue with one of our products the first approach to take is to replace/repair the mentioned item with the fault. We do so by providing a email confirmation for a free warranty replacement with its unique Reference Code, this Reference Code allows us to track the outcome of the repair. They had no evidence of any of my previous visits. I have not recieved any reply from any of my other emails where i have requested a refund as the product clearly does not work on my phone. I will continue emailing as i will not just let this go.
