I am extremely disappointed with my I-phone 11 wrap which cost £60.00 as after only two months the front film lifted and completely came off. I was out of the Country and did not have the Mobile Outfitters terms and conditions so I just disposed of the plastic film and contacted Mobile Outfitters on my return. This product isn't really fit for purpose if it doesn't last longer than 2 months and even though I have my receipt and a bank statement showing the transaction I have been advised that my warranty is not worth anything as I have disposed of the film. I still have the film on the back but my screen is no longer protected. They have advised that I will have to have all of it recovered at a cost of £ 60.00 less 15% good will discount. I find it hard to accept that they really expect me to pay a further £ 42.50 and so if I was you I would NOT bother with this expensive con and buy a decent phone cover (note I used the Bull Ring at Birmingham)
