I bought the complete system for £100.00 for my grandson’s phone which came with a lifetime guarantee. ( I’m from Glasgow in Scotland) It has all came apart within 6 months. The front cover fell off and got lost. The original fitters have refused to replace as the front cover is missing. We contacted head office in the UK who offered me 15% off a new purchase!!! Absolutely Not. I would like this replaced or renewed. I am absolutely shocked that paying £100.00 for lifetime guarantee, where it all falls apart and the front cover falls off after 6 months, I am virtually told “too bad, so sad, go away”.
