Service: 5 stars. Staff were great and entertained all my +100 questions and concerns. And managed to finish the job in a very short time. Product: 4 stars. The frosted screen protector feels great, and rigid even though I keep removing the and getting my phone cover. However, I a little tiny in feeling of insecurity because the said they won't/can't fix the screen protector all the way on my waterfall type of phone screen so the film edges kind of sticks out which is not making me comfortable. Value for money: 4 stars. I got the film fixed yesterday, but Just today I checked out the Huawei (my phone manufacturer) Support App offered the same service for a considerably less cost. But no regrets, as MO is committing a lifetime warranty so I guess I'm happy.
