We received the package with the watch/mobile device, base and fall button. It was easy to set up and easy to test. When my grandson pushed the button and it called MobileHelp, they were gracious about it being a mistake. We have tested it a couple of times, and it works every time. It's a comfort knowing that it uses cellular technology and not just GPS in case I am at my daughter's house in another state.
