Mobilehelp is one terrible company. I paid for 2 day shipping of the first unit. Didin't arrive in 2 days. Didn't work when arrived. Was told a new unit was overnighted. Didn't arrive overnight. Fall detection on the 2nd unit didn't work. They are now overnighting a 3rd unit. An extra charge they said was "a mistake" was added to my credit card and still has not been refunded. So far I have spent days on the phone, around 10 calls, been on hold for 9-10 HOURS, with 2 junk units I now have to return. When you order, someone answers immediately. When you need tech support, it TAKES HOURS FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER. My 90 year old mom is home from rehab and NOT PROTECTED. The message I hear on hold, on a loop, 10,000 times, says they are an "industry leader." What a joke. I hate this company. My mom lives alone and is currently at risk, because of this shoddy company and their trash products. A week of wasted time, 10 hours on hold, 2 units that belong in the trash, and a 90 year old woman with no protection. Some industry leader. This company SUCKS.

Joseph and Ruth wanted digital clarity. They booked this service together. Phone checks were done professionally. WhatsApp backup settings were reviewed. Facebook account protection was improved. The iPhone review was detailed. Everything was transparent. Joseph felt reassured afterward. Ruth appreciated the calm approach. It helped their relationship.

Do NOT use this company. My mother-in-all fell and her device didn’t activate. Upon calling to report this, I was told that her account had been deactivated five months ago around the time we swapped out a piece of equipment because it wasn't working. I was told that the cancelation looks to have occured by someone in the warehouse. Three different agents couldn't figure out why this had happened despite the bill being paid in May and conducting two tests when we received the new neck device AND the week before, which had passed. I received multiple apologies but no explanation and no offer to retain us as customers. We lost confidence in this company so we made the decision to end the service. It's been nine days, multiple phone calls, over two hours on hold and still have not received a phone call from customer service which I was told was 'escalated.' Escalated to me means it was made a priority but the agent told me that when a call is 'escalated' it takes up to 72 hours for a response AND the clock starts ticking the day AFTER you request a call back. So as we sit, we still have the equipment, no answers and no refund. I only gave one star because it doesn't allow you to make zero stars. Little did we know, my mother-in-law has been unprotected since May without any written notice that her account was apparently cancelled in error. The agents are very nice but the fact that it's been nine days and not one peep from customer service, is unacceptable. DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE - your loved ones are worth more than this company's empty claims.

My mom tried 2 different units and decided not to use the medical device. A shipping label was provided and we mailed the units back 3 months ago. We have proof they were mailed, as the medical alert was going off as it moved through the mail system. I have spoken with 3 or 4 individuals who assure me this has been taken care of and yet I still have not received a refund from the bill 3 months ago, and got charged again this month, as they never closed the account. Very frustrating to deal with.

THESE PEOPLE ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH BY PHONE. CALLED 4 TIMES TODAY AND HELP FOR A TOTAL OF 1 I/2 HOURS. There was a problem with the document to sign, and you can't speak with anyone for assistance. Wondering if I should go with another provider! I wish there was a star with a -rating.

So far not so good. Trying to reach these people is a joke. They've changed for services not yet rendered, and plan to charge again in September, so you don't get a full 3 months of service. Took 12 days receive the equipment which doesn't work and need to return and they are supposedly sending new equipment but have yet to email me any information. I've tried 3 times to call no one answers. So, by the time they supposedly fix the issues we'll be out 30 days of service. I'm not impressed. If and when they get they act together I'll note changes to this review

It was once a good company , after merging with medical guardian , the equipment went down hill , there is practically no customer service , no way to have them call you back , and they do not answer their phones. My mom had the service for years , after her passing they will not communicate for a refund or even to return their equipment , not recommended

Ordered a week ago has still not shipped. When I phoned I was informed that there are shipping delays from the warehouse it would be another 1-2 weeks. When I went through the process of ordering why not be upfront and tell me it won't be 5 days it will be maybe 21 or more. Why tell me that when you can take my money now and make excuses for a week or three.

They have the worst customer service! I received a message about a low battery in my mother's fall detect pendant. Called on June 3rd and was told she would have a replacement by June 6th. Nothing was shipped. Called again on June 16th and was told it would be delivered on the 18th. NOTHING! Called on the 24th and was told the order is still being processed. Customer service hours are to be open on weekends, but when you call during their open hours a recording says they are closed. I do not recommend Mobile Help and will be finding her a new company soon.
