It took me a bit to get used to my new life alert . It works . One thing I don't like is when you have it hanging down , bump something by accident it goes off . I gotta get the directions out to find out how to cancel my false alarm . So far no other complaints .

I am impresed with MobileHelp and feel more secure with it than I did with My other one. The first day I wore the wrist one, I mistakenly hit the button and within 1 minute, someone was calling me to see if I was all right. Thank you for your prompt service.

I was impressed how quickly I got my GPS mobile applience. I called to report I dropped my monitor. they where very business like and had new one delivered within couple days. Also they called for followup to check if was working correctly..... thank you

I don't think my MobileHelp is working properly. And I don't feel comfortable with it because I live alone and am handicapped and truly need something I can depend on working when I need it. This one the amber light flashes and the green just ever so often. I charge it every night and make sure it's done properly. This is not my first, I had a Great Call for many years and it always worked when I needed help. Please help me with this one. Marilyn

Unfortunately, we had to return the watch because it is dependent on using ATT . The signal strength was too low in our area and the battery only lasted about 5 or 6 hours

I am a new client and have not had the different devices for very long. I know I need to wear the "fall button" and somehow also wear or have on my person the Mobile Help Device with its GPS locater device when I leave the house and am out in the community. To have that with me ALL the time is HARD. This is possibly not what you expected me to say. It really is more complicated than I thought it would be.

I feel very safe and well protected to be wearing the device around my neck on daily basis and I feel that its so very important to having this protection whether one is young or old as I am at 82 years of age, and most especially when you live totally all alone as I am at the present time.
