It is nice to have help at the push of a button, unfortunately in my opinion it takes longer than I would have expected for a call center agent to respond. wristband is to sensitive [ I was undressing & it went off] I am pleasantly surprised at the range it has.

Well, I decided to cancel and have been waiting weeks for a refund. They told me my credit card wouldn't accept the credit, ridiculous, and they sent me a check. I still have not received it after more than 2 weeks.

When I first got it I only had to charge every 3 or 4 days, now I have to charge it every day. Glad I only bought it for 3 months.

My Mom pressed the alert button, the EMS collected her & they alerted me, so I called to enquire about the location of my mother and Mobile Help refused to give me ANY information about my possibly dying Mom; including her whereabouts. BUYER BEWARE.

Michael was very helpful in restoring my access to trips being logged by the Drivewise app. He stayed connected to my phone throughout a test drive to insure the app was logging the trip and that I could view the trip as it was logged.

I wish battery lasted longer, need to charge like every 12 hours, and wish watch had time on it so my grandfather would wear it because he is use to a watch
