I wish battery lasted longer, need to charge like every 12 hours, and wish watch had time on it so my grandfather would wear it because he is use to a watch

I received this request for a review at about the same time that I began using the device, way too early to have any opinions. Also, I received several similar requests way too early from The Best Company on your behalf. Then I received two recent requests from the Best Company including one today. However, the comment button is 'dead' on both of the recent ones. It appears that you have some problems. Now that I have been using the device and accessories for about two months and have had several conversations with Customer Support, I am pleased and quite satisfied.

I have not had to use my mobile help yet, but after a fall in May I decided to purchase my Mobile Help to help me be safe in case I should need assistance again.

The only problem that I have found is the device doesn't hold a charge as it should. It is put on the charger each night but s9metimes during the day it tells me the battery needs charging. Overall, this is working great for me

The device goes off several times a day when I haven't fallen. One time the device fell off my neck and hit the floor and it didn't go off, so I am concerned about how accurate it is.

I gave it 4 stars, for now, haven't had it long enough to see if the service gonna change. I will update it to 5 stars if the service stays the same. But so far so good customer service is helpful and very nice.

We are very new to the company and equipment so there is not a lot to say thus far. We have only tested the equipment, but the response was great! The set up was easy. The customer service on the front end(sales) was excellent! The representative was the most helpful and gracious than any of the other companies I contacted. The only negative is that we use the lanyard device and sometimes it gets behind my father’s neck where the button is on his back. Like when he lays down. He has difficulty pulling it back around because of his limitations using his arms.

At first I had trouble.with mobile help every time I sat down kohls went because ther were little instruction. Was at a lose. But now it works just fine

The"necklace" is too sensitive. Sends "fall" alarms too often. However, you do not send an ambulance too quickly. Overall, the MobileHelp is working for me most of the time.

The sales staff was very friendly- only negative is that service isn’t approved by my insurance (I guess they figure you only need the “I’ve fallen and I can’t get up” assistance when you get old enough for Medicare- sorry, that’s not the case.

DIFFICULT TO GET ORDER TO BE PLACED CORRECTLY. NO REAL DOCUMENTATION ON HOW EQUIPMENT IS TO FUNCTION. HAS TAKEN SEVERAL WEEKS TO GE T INFO ON HOW THE SYSTEM IS TO OPERATE. STILL HAVE UNANSWERED QUESTIONS AS, SHOULD MY NECKLACE HAVE GREEWN A YELLOW LIGHTS FLASHING?,
