THESE PEOPLE ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH BY PHONE. CALLED 4 TIMES TODAY AND HELP FOR A TOTAL OF 1 I/2 HOURS. There was a problem with the document to sign, and you can't speak with anyone for assistance. Wondering if I should go with another provider! I wish there was a star with a -rating.

So far not so good. Trying to reach these people is a joke. They've changed for services not yet rendered, and plan to charge again in September, so you don't get a full 3 months of service. Took 12 days receive the equipment which doesn't work and need to return and they are supposedly sending new equipment but have yet to email me any information. I've tried 3 times to call no one answers. So, by the time they supposedly fix the issues we'll be out 30 days of service. I'm not impressed. If and when they get they act together I'll note changes to this review

It was once a good company , after merging with medical guardian , the equipment went down hill , there is practically no customer service , no way to have them call you back , and they do not answer their phones. My mom had the service for years , after her passing they will not communicate for a refund or even to return their equipment , not recommended

Ordered a week ago has still not shipped. When I phoned I was informed that there are shipping delays from the warehouse it would be another 1-2 weeks. When I went through the process of ordering why not be upfront and tell me it won't be 5 days it will be maybe 21 or more. Why tell me that when you can take my money now and make excuses for a week or three.

They have the worst customer service! I received a message about a low battery in my mother's fall detect pendant. Called on June 3rd and was told she would have a replacement by June 6th. Nothing was shipped. Called again on June 16th and was told it would be delivered on the 18th. NOTHING! Called on the 24th and was told the order is still being processed. Customer service hours are to be open on weekends, but when you call during their open hours a recording says they are closed. I do not recommend Mobile Help and will be finding her a new company soon.

The journey that commenced as a hopeful investment opportunity took a sharp turn towards devastation, resulting in a loss of $97,100. Discovering that I had fallen victim to a scam left me grappling with a mix of emotions - embarrassment, anger, and a sense of uncertainty regarding my next course of action. Well, I decided to cancel and have been waiting weeks for a refund. They told me my credit card wouldn't accept the credit, ridiculous, and they sent me a check. I still have not received it after more than 2 weeks.

My Mom pressed the alert button, the EMS collected her & they alerted me, so I called to enquire about the location of my mother and Mobile Help refused to give me ANY information about my possibly dying Mom; including her whereabouts. BUYER BEWARE.

Never really thought the company cared just trying to make a sale. Also they told me I can cancel anytime but never told me it will take 30 days to get my money back.

Unable to give a higher score due to the fact it's gone off about 10 times since I've starting using this device. When I've needed it, it's getting charged.

You put me on hold with muzak when I fell, I called the ambulance on my own since you did not send anyone You sent someone to my home over one hour after i fell outside,they did not have the code to my lockbox(which you have) and would have broken down my door if my neighbor had not interceded. You had my home phone number down as my cell phone number. You kept calling me on my home phone after I was already in the ER and after my emergency contact told you I was in the ER already. I have asked for a full refund and I will report to the proper authorites if I do not receive it.

This was a very poor unit. We spent much time with messages the monitor was too far from unit when they were 1’ apart. Also being woke up at nite with beeper to tell us that sensor on chest was not on tight, when it was. Disappointed with performance

I hate it. It’s always saying fall detected and all I do sometimes is bend over to pick up something. It’s gone off 4 times and I’ve barely used it a month. And I can never shut the alert off no matter how many times I push the button. I wear it to give my son peace of mind but I hate hate hate it.

The fall alert went off a lot, even when I was sitting down, the last time I couldn't cancel the alarm and I was in public at a baseball game. Returned it the next day.
