I ordered a product for my elderly father. We received the product but circumstances changed and my father went into a hospice facility. I returned the product and it was received on Oct. 11th. It is Nov. 8th and I still have no refund. I have reached out to customer care several times. The first time I was told it would take 30 days. After waiting 2 weeks I called again and was told that they attempted to expedite refund back to the card but it was not being accepted. My bank indicated no issues on their end. On the 3rd call, I was advised that a check was sent. Unfortunately, since no one communicated this to me before doing it, the check was now headed to the wrong address as I had moved during all this. Today I spoke with customer care and they said they would stop payment on the first check and send another to the correct address. They also said it would take 7 to 14 business days to be received. I advised that this was unacceptable and they needed to expedite the check to ensure the refund is completed within their 30 day policy. Customer care and a supervisor said they could not do that. I still have no refund. Do not order from this company. They may have a great product but their customer care is awful.

The system was useless and a waste of time and money. It detected a fall but no one could tell us why. My grandmother (who it was for) couldn't hear the operator, there was even one time during testing that I had to hold it to my ear while having everyone in the room be quiet. There is no volume option on the device to turn it up. This is a device for old people, who are often hard of hearing. If you can't hear it, you can't use it. It took several minutes for an operator to pick up EVERY TIME.

I ordered and wore the Help appliance. Too bulky and sensitive. Called company and no problenm sending back Refund due as within 30 days. Sounded so accommodating and helpful. I sent back with info sent me. Had to pay as instructions directed to ups too difficult for me to reach. Then I get different mailing labels, and again more. I cannot find a refund on my charge card. I hope your business is not a scam to take advantage of the elderly. I cannot get a different help service until I get a refund You should give instructions to followed in your first letter. I feel frightened that you are just another company taking advantage of the elderly and isolated. If I am mistaken please let me know when refund will be given.

I do not like that my son was contacted just because my battery was (so called low). Also because my battery was low after less than 2 days, was that the manual says 4 days.

System fails to connect to the tower in our area. For us, this is a common problem ie we live in the mountains that often block signals with our C-phone, Smart Phone etc. Common to experience dropped calls due to weak signals.

Horrible! Took 3 times to ship the correct product we asked for!! Don’t go with them! And than it takes 30 days until you get your refund! We even had to pay for shipping for mobile help mistake!, they did send us return label for first mistake, but rest of mistakes nope we had to pay to ship it back!

i have been trying to call to set-up and always put on hold. i want to cancel my service and need you to send me a return postage mail slip so i can send back all this stuff. my husband went to the verizon store, bought me an iwatch, and got it set-up with all the things that your company provides.

The reps were so nice when I was purchasing the plan. I also paid upfront. After multiple false fall alerts and the large size of the unit I decided to return it. No more nice reps. They also told me it would take up to 30 days for a refund so I notified my credit card company. I paid for my own Fedex return to be sure it got them them in the return window. I would not recommend this company (I'm also sure this won't be posted)

Very unhappy with charge times. Sometimes 7 hours Sometimes 11. Today had to be on charger over 8 hrs before it showed charge.

Very disappointed - I purchased your product for a friend - before I received the unit she went downhill and needed full-time care so I returned the product. I have proof of the return and my Credit Card was not credited for over 3 weeks. I had to get my Credit Card company to file a dispute.
