There is no communication inside your organization does not pay attention to customer need very unsatisfied missing stuff from the eqqipment unable to use will never recommend any ine for this product

Do not tell a salesman to call you back at some future time, like a week, and expect not to receive the product without the call back. This happened to me! I did not give the salesman my card number, only the name of the person I was considering purchasing it for. He looked up the address himself and evidently my master card number. I wanted to ask the person if they could wear the Call Button around their neck or on their wrist. As it turned out, they could NOT. Now I am being harassed by MobileHelp by phone and by email to pay for something I did not order, cannot use or return. The person I wanted it for has had two heart attacks and a pacemaker since I ordered it and was in the hospital when it was delivered. He is in no condition to return it to Mobile Help!!

EXTREMELY disappointing. Thank God I haven't had to use this thing in an actual emergency! Today the device began flashing for no reason. When I performed a test the test "Failed" and I was told to contact the Call Center. Of course the "Complete User Guide" doesn't include any important phone numbers but only tells you to "refer to the website listed on the contact information card". So, aside from the "Complete User Guide" how many friggin' pieces of paper do I need to keep? Very disappointing, very not user friendly.

MobileHelp keeps billing your credit card after you have cancelled and returned it’s product. Do not recommend

Still waiting on a phone call about a return check that mobile help owed me for services that I never got to use , they sent me that did not clear my account and was I was charged a return check fee they have yet to call me back with an explanation of why there chick was not paid! Very disappointed, every time I call they say they have not looked into it yet ! Keep getting the run around!!

Faulty equip, would on hold charge, not water proof, test to all center did not talk time to see if help needed, text not call neighbors.

Terrible customer service , I had to file a complaint . Also they have horrible service When I pressed the button for help no one responded for almost 30 minutes . Do yourself a favor and find another company , they shouldn’t be allowed to be in business .

I am not at all happy with this device. We selected MonileHelp because it was the top rated device on AARP, but we now feel that rating was paid for. If you need a device for an elderly person who is frail, or has ANY memory loss at all, this is NOT the device for them. They will tell you the device battery’s charge lasts 4 days, but it does not. It must be charged daily, for 3 hours, and MobileHelp recommends charging at night. I do not feel my mom is one bit safer with this device. And in order to get what I need for Mom, they’re saying she will have to wear 3-4 devices. It’s awful. It is NOT for an elderly person.

My mom fell. She was on hold for 30 minutes on the floor until a person answered the call. And her device needs a charge every 24 hours. It's on the charger almost as long as it's on her. Very disappointed.

Well for one thing I did not electronic sind for this I did not want this at this time .But y'all too( out my 119 dollar s then the same day I called to tell you to stop this a nd put my money back .because I did not sind .now I am not so sure this is a very good company .now the bank and I are waiting for you to put my money back .I called you today the person could not find nothering about Me my name nor address .put my money back or I will have to let the whole world know you are not true to your people it's been two months I still have no money ..plz do so .

I opted out of Mobile Help before ever setting it up. I sent the company their equipment back, without even opening the box it came in. I found this company to be “hard selling” but with very little follow through. They made mistake after mistake with my starting account. So I lost all confidence in them and cancelled.

My parents had an emergency , a cardiac issue involving my father . They pressed the Mobile Health help button and it took over 5 minutes for someone to respond. Fortunately they were able to call 911 and the EMT's were already at their home before Mobile Health finally called back
