We are very new to the company and equipment so there is not a lot to say thus far. We have only tested the equipment, but the response was great! The set up was easy. The customer service on the front end(sales) was excellent! The representative was the most helpful and gracious than any of the other companies I contacted. The only negative is that we use the lanyard device and sometimes it gets behind my father’s neck where the button is on his back. Like when he lays down. He has difficulty pulling it back around because of his limitations using his arms.
