“I have had the 'Mobile Help' security-system for several years and have been very satisfied with their service. I know 'help' is just a 'push-of-a-button-away.' I have also purchased one of their systems for my 58 years-of-age Son who has 'Parkinson's- Neurological- Disorder' and he feels very 'free-from-worry,' especially concerning 'falls' with their new 'Fall- Notification- System.'”

“mobile help was so refreshing and had everything that i wanted...unfortunately my existing provider would not let me out of my contract so i will be signing up again with mobile help next summer. mobile help was so prompt in refunding me my whole year costs.”

“Equipment was very good but my home has a metal roof and no signal enters my home. The alternative was not acceptable because I would have to wear two devices. Not my style...The service was knowledable and I'd say excellent from sales to support all excellent.”

“This excellent service was easy to set up and is easy to use. And it gives my family peace of mind. I wear the button necklace every day and it is small enough that it is not an inconvenience. I have not yet had an emergency - thank God! - but once I accidentally pushed the button and immediately a voice came on my unit asking if I was OK. The people are so kind and my daughter said that setting up the account was very easy. I am so happy to use MobileHelp.”

“I received this request for a review at about the same time that I began using the device, way too early to have any opinions. Also, I received several similar requests way too early from The Best Company on your behalf. Then I received two recent requests from the Best Company including one today. However, the comment button is 'dead' on both of the recent ones. It appears that you have some problems. Now that I have been using the device and accessories for about two months and have had several conversations with Customer Support, I am pleased and quite satisfied.”
