My mom tried 2 different units and decided not to use the medical device. A shipping label was provided and we mailed the units back 3 months ago. We have proof they were mailed, as the medical alert was going off as it moved through the mail system. I have spoken with 3 or 4 individuals who assure me this has been taken care of and yet I still have not received a refund from the bill 3 months ago, and got charged again this month, as they never closed the account. Very frustrating to deal with.
