Do NOT use this company. My mother-in-all fell and her device didn’t activate. Upon calling to report this, I was told that her account had been deactivated five months ago around the time we swapped out a piece of equipment because it wasn't working. I was told that the cancelation looks to have occured by someone in the warehouse. Three different agents couldn't figure out why this had happened despite the bill being paid in May and conducting two tests when we received the new neck device AND the week before, which had passed. I received multiple apologies but no explanation and no offer to retain us as customers. We lost confidence in this company so we made the decision to end the service. It's been nine days, multiple phone calls, over two hours on hold and still have not received a phone call from customer service which I was told was 'escalated.' Escalated to me means it was made a priority but the agent told me that when a call is 'escalated' it takes up to 72 hours for a response AND the clock starts ticking the day AFTER you request a call back. So as we sit, we still have the equipment, no answers and no refund. I only gave one star because it doesn't allow you to make zero stars. Little did we know, my mother-in-law has been unprotected since May without any written notice that her account was apparently cancelled in error. The agents are very nice but the fact that it's been nine days and not one peep from customer service, is unacceptable. DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE - your loved ones are worth more than this company's empty claims.
