My mother had it for a week but didn't like it so I called customer service. The man was nice and gave me the address so I could return the items. About a week later and after paying almost $20 to mail and insure it (I was told to insure it for $650) I received a return mailing label. It bothered me that I was told I had to pay for the mailing when I didn't have to. I did call customer service only to be told that they couldn't do anything about it.
