I am a very concerned customer with MobileHelp. I have had numerous problems with this company so far. I have tried to resolve with your customer service and I am currently waiting on a call from a supervisor. I have been waiting since Saturday. Also, the problem I am having is still a problem and I can't get resolved and this has been since Thursday, November 4. If you can in any way help I would appreciate it, otherwise I feel I will have to change companies.
