I was ordering for my Mom online. I had a question so I called and the sales rep was very helpful and allowed a couple of extra perks. Everything arrived when said and we got things set up for Mom. We needed to call customer support and they were very patient and helpful. j So far, so good. No false alarms and Mom is getting used to wearing the push button items. It is comforting to know that if she falls and is not able to call the fall device will detect that and call for help. Thank you.
