The alarm is fine but we need to charge it daily and sometimes more and in middle of the night is not fun. At first we had no internet and thought it would help if we got it to extend the time in between charges but it hasn’t helped much. If your person has memory issues get this sooner than later. I think we got it too late to be much use for my person. We will keep it for now to help us feel better. It would be nice if on the account page you could save the contacts and re-prioritize them versus deleting and filling all info out again. Was told this used be an option.
