I am very impressed with MobileHelp. I feel more confident knowing that they respond so quickly if called, in the event I need help. They also were very helpful when my necklace unit fell off my neck while I was out walking one day and I had no idea where it was. realizing that they use GPS tracking I called and told them I had lost the unit. Within minutes they had tracked down the necklace, lying on the street where I had been walking, and described the exact location, on the side of the road, amongst the leave, and below a car dealership. I would have never found it on my own even if I retraced my steps. I was extremely impressed and thankful for their efficiency
