So far I’ve been very happy with mobile help, they called the other day to tell me my brothers fall alert has gone off and they tried to call him but didn’t get an answer, they immediately called EMT. Thankfully he had only dropped it and his phone would not answer when they tried to call him. It was a false alarm but they responded perfectly.
