My mother did not make it home as planned from nursing home. I called within 30 days,they offered another 60 days. Dont accept extension, its there way to keep your money.
Paid 6 months in advance, never opened product and returned in perfect condition. As a senior myself, i will not trust this company again. And will warn my friends as well.
