It's difficult to write a review of the MobileHelp monitor because I have yet to use it for an emergency. However, the unit is thankfully sensitive. I accidentally "tossed" it onto my nightstand to strip & wash sheets, and it thought I had fallen. I quickly received a call from your monitoring personnel. Thank you for your prompt call. It's comforting to know I can count on y'all in the event of a true emergency.
