When we received the first unit, we discovered our AT&T signal was not reliable (un-corded units only use AT&T). After working with the very courteous technician to resolve the problem, he recommended that we return it. The process was very easy and at no charge. We purchased the corded system (attached to an existing hard-wired phone system). This system works very well for any emergencies occurring in or within 600 ft. of our home.
