My first experience on the phone when I called to get information was very helpful. The first thing I was asked was, "Do you have a pacemaker?". I do have a pacemaker and I felt very secure in the fact that it was the first thing considered in helping me get the correct medical help equipment. I have been using it for about a month now and am very happy with it. Whenever I call to ask questions or to check that everything is working properly, everyone I have spoken to has been very helpful and pleasant to talk to.
