First of all, I like the sense of security I now have for less than $1.27 a day.
Next, I have caused the "Fall Alert" to activate 3 or 4 times in the 3 months I have been using MobileHelp, it activated once when I leaned over to pick up a magazine on the floor and straightened up quickly and it bumped against my chest. Every time it activated an operator was talking to me in 5 or 6 seconds and one time when I didn't respond quickly to state I was ok in less than 30 seconds MobileHelp was ringing my phone. I am very pleased to be using their service.
