It's been very disappointing since buying a 1 year subscription with your business. The booklet is confusing in parts, I have called for technical help and left a message to receive a call back when it was 'my turn' never to hear back, received a call last night asking me to join and asking for help only to have the call drop, I expected more and wonder as I write this if I will be contacted at all about the content.
