I set up this Mobile Help account for my 92-year old Mother. Two weeks later, she had the occasion to press the button after being unable to get out of bed due to severe abdominal pain. She asked the operator to call me and requested an ambulance. I was immediately texted and called very quickly. The Easton, MA Fire Rescue Squad arrived and transported my Mother to a local hospital where I met her in the Emergency Room. She ended up having a UTI; the first one in her entire life.
