I was lied to--told that I had a 30-day trial period when my bank account would not be debited. WRONG!
I returned my equipment as an unopened box. It took more than two weeks to get my refund--it was refunded, debited again, and several days later it was finally in my account to stay.
I won't do business with deceptive companies.
