My friend recommended this for a family member who lives out of state. Was the best purchase we made getting this. It helps knowing that she is a button away for help if needed. Our family member has no problem wearing the necklace or watch all the time. Very easy set up. We were so overwhelmed being so far away but this mobile help is a god send.
