Two delicate aspects of the process:
1) Leaving the door key in a box taped to the door knob…may be a risk. Clever thieves may be able to remove the box with their “professional” tools.
2) Carrying a battery-pack when you go out may be problematic at times: e.g. on a fishing boat,
during air travel, etc.
