I had to file a complaint with the Arizona fraud department to receive my refund for a device I had not received after waiting 10 days. The receiving date changed three times. Three times I was told a supervisor would call me and three times they did not. I was grossly overcharged with fees never disclosed such as two months payment up front. I was promised free shipping and was charged for it. I rejected multiple times the $6 per month premium and was charged as well. It was the worst customer experience I have ever had. I have never in my life had to file a complaint with consumer fraud. Until I dealt with Mobile Help. I do have a medical alert device. However, I went with a company that deals with me honestly and doesn't have the deceptive practices of Mobile Help.
