So far everything has gone well. I did have a false alarm because I had fiddled with the button that hangs around my neck. When a voice was asking me what help I needed I did not know how to respond. The problem was resolved and I keep the button under my top, so I am not touching it many times a day.
When I completed my profile, the customer service representative was very clear about why they were asking me questions and was very professional and accommodating.
I feel comfortable when I am alone with my MobileHelp. Thank you.
