I am 93 and still independent, living alone and enjoying life. I have had Mobile Help for past year and have the comfort of knowing that quick help is available if I need it. This is a comfort to me and helps me to get on with living. I know that response is immediate because while my grandson was visiting, he got curious and just had to punch the button...and immediately Help wanted to know what was needed and how to help me. and everyone in the house had to run to see what was happening.
