There have been two occasions when the Mobile Help button was pushed by accident. The first time they were able to talk to momma and everything was fine. The second time she was mowing the yard and didn't hear the man in her pocket. I was there with momma so they couldn't reach me
at home. They sent a city police officer to check on her. About the time the police arrived my cell phone rang. To me that's the best possible way to try and keep my 90 year old mother safe and independent.
