Haven't had to use it thank God. I take the mobile button whenever I leave my house. About a month ago I was in Bed Bath and Beyond. I bent over to tie my shoe and accidently pressed the mobile button.Wthin seconds a voice came over my button asking if I am in an emergency situation?. I told the operator that It Is a false alarm..She was very polite and said, you have a nice day, Good bye. Some people around me who saw what happened were very impressed and asked for the name of the company . I said,that i checked out about five other companies and Mobile Help was the best.
