In the spring I called MobileHelp to let them know my parents (snowbirds) would be going back north and what day they would be back in their home. I failed to mention they would be stopping off at my place on the way. My sister received a call from MobileHelp saying they were showing my parents at a certain location and were they okay. The address they gave was the street in front of my apartment. I was impressed!!
