Needed something to monitor my independent but 87 year old father in his home and elsewhere. This has helped us locate him when we cant reach him, and more importantly, he used the pendant when he fell out of bed and needed 911 ambulance/hospital at 3 AM. It isn't cheap but it's worth it. May get one for myself..I live alone and am 63 and have bad knees...
