Thankfully I have not had to use this device other than testing, but each time I called Mobil Help with questions, I have had courteous customer service personnel. So far, I am quite pleased with entire set up. The base acts as a night light for my kitchen and I especially like the fact that I am able to take a small device with me when I leave the house, thus enabling me to speak directly with a person should the need arise. I would recommend Mobile Help to anyone looking for a terrific home alert system, and truthfully I already have.
